BOSSMATE - Privacy Policy, Warranty, and Returns

We take pride in our products and build them to last. If within the time periods specified below, the indicated item shall prove on examination by us to be defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace such item at our option:

Bossmate and Handymate support rails, shelving units and board supports - lifetime
Roller supports, wheel kits and leveling feet - five (5) years from purchase
Hardware parts (i.e., all non powder coated items ) - sixty (60) days from purchase

Under this limited warranty, we will repair or provide (at our option) only a replacement item. You will be responsible for all other costs, such as shipping, delivery, handling and administrative charges for forwarding a new item.

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT TO WHICH THEY MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY BEYOND THE COST OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, INCONVENIENCE, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.)

THESE WARRANTIES COVER NORMAL USE. THEY DO NOT COVER DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM ALTERATION, ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE OR NEGLECT.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If any implied warranty is deemed by law to apply to an item listed above notwithstanding the foregoing disclaimer, then the duration of the implied warranty shall not exceed the duration of the express warranty applicable to the item. (Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.) The warranty is limited to the original purchaser. Purchaser shall bear the cost of returning any item to us for repair or replacement.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, simply ship it back to us with proof of purchase within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee applies to all returns.

We will not share or sell any of your personal information to outside marketers. The only entities outside of our company to whom we intend to supply your personal information are those involved in processing your payment or order fulfillment.
